Anxiety Attack

Anxiety is an emotion that comes when a person is worried. It is usually a combination of fear and apprehension. There are many physical signs that accompany anxiety. When a person is having an anxiety attack, they might face heart palpitations, difficulty breathing, and heavy sweating. An anxiety attack also tends to take away a person's appetite, making it almost impossible to eat. In rare cases, anxiety problems cause a person to over eat.

Many adults have persistent anxiety disorders. An anxiety attack can occur without warning or provocation. Anxiety attacks often occur when a person has time to stop and think about the items that are bothering them. When a person faces anxiety attacks that are persistent and grow worse over time, they are classified as having an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders need medical and psychological treatment in order to find relief. Without treatment, anxiety disorder will not improve, and the person may become suicidal.
