Emotional Anger

Anger is defined as an emotional state where the person is enraged due to the circumstances in their life. When a person is angry, their heart rate is raised, and blood pressure also increases. The levels of nor adrenaline and adrenaline in the body are elevated when a person feels angry.

Levels of anger range from a small irritation, which has little affect on the body, to a full rage, which has significant effects on the heart and brain. When a person is in an all out rage, they will greatly increase their heart rate and blood pressure. Heart attacks can often occur when a person gets overly angry.
