Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is the technique of using dialogues and the power of communication to improve the mental, as well as the emotional health, of the patient. Psychotherapy is mostly used to improve family or group relations. Most of the time, spoken words are used.
But other alternatives such as written words, drawings and symbolisms, and even the language of touch are used.
Holistic Counseling
Holistic counseling is a therapy devised to involve the body, the mind, and the spirit in achieving wholeness and a better mental and emotional health. Holistic counseling integrates the person and his reaction to his natural world including the other individuals involved in it.
Spiritual Counseling
Spiritual counseling is a form of therapy that leads a person toward renewal in a spiritual standpoint. This therapy is considered healing from within, for it aims to turn life's difficulties into spiritual tools essential for development and cure.

Emotional Stress Release (ESR) Technique
The ESR involves the relaxing of the head muscles with the use of the fingers while the eyes are closed. Most of the time, when we close our eyes, we see pictures and images floating around. Looking at these pictures until they go away is part of the technique. Because of this, the technique may take just a few minutes. But for some, it can go for as much as an hour or so.

ESR is based on Kinesiology - a branch of science created by doctors, acupuncturists, and chiropractors. It is the new technology that balances the body with the use of muscle testing. Muscle testing is the process used to detect all the flaws in the body's balance that are causing emotional and mental problems.
